1. Parties and Scope of the Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between all visitors and users (“User”) of the website www.chartsaga.com (“Website” or “Chartsaga”) and the owner of Chartsaga. It regulates the terms and conditions regarding the use, purchase, or access to the digital content, services, and products offered on the site, as well as the visit to the site itself.

2.8. The User may not use any automation software, bots, malware, or spam technologies that could damage the site, block access, or abuse the system.
2.9. Chartsaga reserves the right to deny access, close user accounts, or take legal action against any user who violates these conditions.
2.10. The Website may only be used by individuals over 18 years old.
3. Right to Modify Services
3.1. Chartsaga reserves the right to update, modify, or terminate the digital services and content it provides, as well as the technical infrastructure, access methods, user interfaces, publishing policy, and pricing—without prior notice.
3.2. Such changes may be made due to technological developments, legal requirements, improvements in user experience, or efforts to enhance content quality.
3.3. Chartsaga aims to implement these changes without affecting services that users have already registered for or purchased; however, some updates may limit previous access.
3.4. The User acknowledges and accepts in advance that such changes may occur and that they will not claim compensation from Chartsaga due to these modifications.
3.5. There is no guarantee that any content or service provided on the website will remain active indefinitely. Chartsaga reserves the right to archive content, restrict access, or completely remove content whenever necessary.
4. Payment and Digital Product Delivery
4.1. Chartsaga sells digital products exclusively through secure payment infrastructure providers (such as iyzico, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).
4.2. Users can make payments using credit cards, debit cards, or other online payment methods.
4.3. All payment transactions are securely conducted in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
4.4. Chartsaga does not directly collect or store users’ payment information; these processes are managed through authorized third-party service providers.
4.5. Purchased products are delivered in digital format only; no physical shipping is provided.
4.6. Delivery is carried out via email or through a downloadable link provided in the user panel after payment confirmation.
4.7. Delivery usually occurs instantly; however, in case of technical issues, the product will be made accessible within a maximum of 24 hours.
4.8. The User is responsible for providing accurate email and contact information. Chartsaga is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or missing user data.
4.9. Once downloaded, the delivered files must be stored on the user’s device. In cases where files are lost, deleted, or become inaccessible, Chartsaga may provide re-download support for a limited time.
4.10. All digital products are provided with usage rights but may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes. See the Intellectual Property Rights section for further details.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all content on the Website (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, digital spreadsheets, e-books, software, images, user interfaces, audio files, and design elements) belongs to Chartsaga or is used under a legal license by Chartsaga.
5.2. These contents are protected under the Turkish Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works (Law No. 5846), the Industrial Property Law (Law No. 6769), the TRIPS Agreement, European Union Intellectual Property Directives, and other international copyright laws.
5.3. Users may not, under any circumstances, copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, store, display, or use any site content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Chartsaga.
5.4. In particular, e-books, analysis files, and digital spreadsheets are provided solely for personal use. It is strictly prohibited for the user to share, duplicate, resell, or publicly distribute these contents on any platform.
5.5. If Chartsaga detects any use that violates these rules, it reserves the right to block access to the content, terminate the user’s account, initiate legal proceedings, and pursue compensation for damages.
5.6. Content that belongs to third parties remains the property of the respective rights holders and is cited as needed. Such content is also protected by copyright regulations.
6. Account Suspension or Termination
6.1. Chartsaga reserves the right to temporarily suspend, impose restrictions on, or permanently terminate a user account without prior notice if the user is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions.
6.2. Suspension or termination may be applied in the following cases:
a) Providing false or misleading information,
b) Uploading or redirecting harmful software (such as viruses, trojans, bots) that may damage the site or other users,
c) Engaging in spam, harassment, or disruptive behavior that affects other users’ experience,
d) Sharing illegal, unethical, hate speech, or content that violates third-party rights in forums, comments, or content areas,
e) Placing fake orders, abusing payment systems, or performing fraudulent activities.
6.3. In such cases, Chartsaga may delete any related content belonging to the user, inform legal authorities, and permanently block the user’s IP address if deemed necessary.
6.4. In the event of account termination, there is no guarantee of continued access to associated content, purchase history, or login credentials. Users are responsible for backing up or saving their own files where applicable.
6.5. By accepting this agreement, the user acknowledges and agrees in advance that their account may be closed in the event of misuse or breach of rules.
7. Forums and User-Generated Content
7.1. Chartsaga provides forums, comment sections, and contribution areas where users can share content on the site.
7.2. All content shared in these areas is the sole responsibility of the user who posted it.
Prohibited Content and Corresponding Legal Grounds

7.7. The user acknowledges in advance that they will comply with the laws of their country and the rules of the Website.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
8.1. All content provided on the Website is offered “as is” and “as available.”
8.2. Chartsaga makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, accuracy, or timeliness of the content for any particular purpose.

This Agreement enters into force as of the moment the Website is first accessed by the user.
By accessing the site or performing any action on it, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully accepted all provisions of this Agreement.
