Digital Product Policy

1. Product Type and Delivery Method

1.1. All products sold through www.chartsaga.com are classified as digital products.
1.2. Digital products include e-books, downloadable posters, PDF documents, analysis files, and similar content.
1.3. All products are delivered exclusively online.
1.4. Delivery is carried out via a downloadable link provided in the user panel or through the email address registered at the time of purchase.
1.5. There is no physical shipment, postal delivery, or face-to-face handover under any circumstances.

2. Delivery Timeframe

2.1. Digital products are made accessible immediately or within a maximum of 24 (twenty-four) hours after successful payment.
2.2. In case of delivery issues, users are advised to check their spam/junk folders or contact the support team.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1. General Rule

3.1.1. Due to the nature of digital content, once delivery is completed and access is provided, cancellations, returns, or exchanges are not possible.
3.1.2. By completing a purchase, the user is deemed to have accepted these conditions in advance.

3.2. Legal Basis

3.2.1. Turkey:
Pursuant to Article 15/1-g of the Distance Contracts Regulation under the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to "services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer."

3.2.2. European Union:
According to Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer loses the right of withdrawal once the download of digital content begins with the consumer’s prior express consent.

3.2.3. United States:
Under the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Guidelines, refunds for digital products are not mandatory. Providers may establish and enforce their own customer satisfaction policies.

3.3. Exceptional Cases

3.3.1. If the delivered file is corrupted, incorrect, or if there is a technical error with the download link, the user may request a corrected file.
3.3.2. Outside of these technical issues, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

4. User Information and Consent

4.1. Users are informed during the checkout process that the product they are purchasing is a digital product, and that once delivery is made, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply.
4.2. By completing the purchase, the user explicitly declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

5.1. After delivery, the user is responsible for downloading and securely storing the product.
5.2. Chartsaga is not liable for file loss, deletion, or access issues arising from the user's own device or user error.
5.3. Chartsaga does not guarantee permanent access to purchased products and may offer limited-time download support at its discretion.
5.4. Chartsaga is not responsible for any damages resulting from third-party misuse, device incompatibility, or user-related errors.
