This form is prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the related Regulation on Distance Contracts. It aims to inform consumers prior to making a purchase on www.chartsaga.com regarding the terms of digital product sales.

  • Product Type: Digital content (e-book, downloadable poster, analysis files, etc.)

  • Delivery: Online (via email or downloadable link through user dashboard)

  • No physical shipment or cargo will be provided.

3. Price and Payment

  • The total price of each digital product, including all taxes, is clearly displayed on the payment page before purchase.

  • Payments are processed securely via credit card or third-party payment systems (e.g.,PayTR, iyzico, Stripe).

4. Delivery Details

  • The digital product will be delivered instantly or within 24 hours after successful payment.

  • Delivery will be made via a link sent to the customer’s email address or accessible via their user dashboard.

5. Right of Withdrawal

  • The BUYER cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after access to the digital content has started.

  • This is in compliance with Article 15/1-g of the Regulation on Distance Contracts:

"The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or for intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer."

  • The BUYER confirms acceptance of this condition prior to completing the order.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • It is recommended that the consumer first contact the seller directly.

  • In case of disputes, the consumer may apply to the authorized Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts under Law No. 6502.
